As many of you know, I’m not just a coach — I’m also a mum navigating life and business right alongside you. Earlier this year, I welcomed my beautiful baby girl into the world, and I’ve been soaking up every moment of this new chapter while finding my rhythm again between motherhood and mentoring.
Here’s what you need to know:

💛 Sessions tend to book out 2–3 weeks in advance, so it’s best to plan ahead if you’d like a spot.
I’m currently running a limited schedule to make space for family life, and while I do my best to keep our sessions focused and distraction-free, you may occasionally get a little baby cameo — the true work-from-home mum life!
